Series DB Adjustable Reach Hoist

The Series DB Adjustable Reach Hoist is an engineered portable solution designed to conveniently and practically raise and lower lightweight pumps, trash baskets and instruments during maintenance work.

The Series DB hoists are ideal for water authorities, councils, maintenance facility providers and pump station manufacturers requiring a lightweight and operational lifting device.

This portable hoist offers a safe means to lift smaller pumps, debris baskets, screens and other instruments in the following applications: Water and wastewater treatment plants, sewer and water pumping stations and inlet pipes.

• Lightweight, portable design
• Manufactured from 304 or 316 stainless steel
• Features a marine grade zinc plates gear/brake winch with 9.0m of 1/4” stainless steel cable and a galvanised safety hook
• Available in 227kg, 454kg and 680kg load capacities with 610mm (standard) to 914mm reach options (capacities will vary based upon height of mast and length of reach)
• Adjustable reach ranges from 610mm to 914mm in 25mm increments
• Available with various socket options. I.e. Embedded, wall-mounted and floor-mounted
• Units are not suitable for confined space applications where the raising or lowering of personnel is required
• Guaranteed against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of three years
