Slide and Stop Gates
The self-contained slide and stop gates feature an extruded aluminium frame with polymer guides and a 7mm reinforced aluminium gate. Our gates are custom-fabricated and can be wall-mounted or embedded. Slide gates are provided with stainless steel triple lead acme rod, aluminium handwheel and brass lifting nut.
Slide and stop gates are ideal for water authorities, councils, pump station manufacturers and design engineering companies.
Slide gates are used in moderate head conditions where slight leakage is allowable. The slide gate is commonly used in splitter boxes, headworks, clarifiers, weir boxes, control chambers, lagoons and bar screen structures.
Stop gates are manually operated (hand-pulled) and used in low head conditions where slight leakage is allowable. Stop gates are commonly used in splitter boxes, head works, weir boxes and bar screen structures.
