CL10 Magnetic Cover Lifter

This is a universal model with a rectangular base, ideal for lifting, moving and repositioning the majority of covers and grilles made from cast iron and ferrous materials.

The handle is telescopic and folding, making it very compact.

The exclusive configuration offers versatility of use in four ways to fit the majority of lifting/repositioning operations.

The plate, with 16 powerful neodymium magnets, assures a lifting force of 300kg (in ideal conditions) and weighs just 7kg.

Operation is simple, fast and intuitive.

 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
WEIGHT 7 kg
BASE DIMENSION 210 x 163 mm
HEIGHT IN EXTENSION 725 mm
HEIGHT RETRACTED 490 mm

MANUAL LIFTING WITH MAGNETIC PLATE
CL 10 is placed on the cover in the position nearest to the frame giving a solid and secure magnetic hold. The telescopic handle allows the operator to manually lift and move the majority of covers. A strong sideways stroke is enough to detach the tool. Operation is simple, fast and safe.

LIFTING WITH APS90 - APS80 LEVERS
Lifting using CL 10 with the folding levers eliminates effort and potential back injury. The operational weight becomes an advantage due to the downward pushing action that stretches the vertebrae and back muscles. Operation is simple, fast and safe.

LIFTING WITH TWO MAGNETIC PLATES BLOCKED IN PARALLEL WITH APS90 AND APS80 LEVERS
If a cover is too heavy, blocked by dirt or too grooved with minimal magnetic contact, simply use two CL 10 in parallel, connected by a small "bridge". The contact force is doubled and the operational weight becomes an advantage due to the downward pushing action that stretches the vertebrae and back muscles. The plates can then be detached one at a time. Operation is simple, fast and safe.

MANUAL LIFTING WITH HANDLE BLOCKED HORIZONTALLY TO LIFT HINGED ROUND COVERS
By simply changing the position of a pin it is possible to lock the telescopic handle into a horizontal position. In this configuration, the magnetic plate becomes a practical, rigid, long handle to lift and reverse covers that are hinged to the frame. Operation is simple, fast and safe.
